Back Tattoo
I would prefer a red color incorporated into this back tattoo, but this tattoo has some style of its own. Very sleek looking and not to over bearing to the eye of the beholder. I like the curves and the edges of this back tattoo compared to some I have seen back at a few of my old hangouts where a lot of people have tons of tattoos. One back tattoo that really caught me by surprise was a checker board and chess board all mixed in together, I never caught the artists name that did it for the guy, but it was one of the best I have ever seen. Talk about eye appealing and a show stopper.
This guy took off his shirt at a pool hall I use to go to and you could see the jaws dropping around the room. Too bad the owner had to make him put his shirt back on because of the health rules for him serving food and beverages. I talked to the guy with the back tattoo for about 30 minutes and never did get around to asking who did the tattoo. We were more involved in talking about the beer and the girls in the place.

I have a question for all you who are reading this. Why are people so negative about back tattoos like the one shown in the picture? People call designs that are placed on a women’s lower back by all kinds of derogatory names. You know exactly what I mean. They call them tramp stamps and other names that suggest that the bearer of these back tattoos are sexually promiscuous. And that couldn’t be further from the truth. Of course these back tattoos could be worn by a women who may be ‘easy’ but normally it’s just worn by your normal average chick. My personal opinion on why these back tattoos get a bad rap is because of guys who have their minds in the gutter. Yes, you heard me right. Fellow members of my gender have made these tattoos taboo. It’s probably because of the location of the design. The design is usually placed right above the tail bone. And since the whole purpose of any tattoo is for it to be seen by other people then it’s just natural that our eyes are immediately drawn to it. Since our eyes are drawn to it, guys natural assumption is that the women was trying to draw guy’s attention to her lower quarters. And that’s just not the case. Most ladies get a back tattoo like this because they like the design and think the placement is cool. And that’s all there is to it.
